Wood Therapy courses
A sculpting massage using hand-shaped wooden tools. Firmer, targeted pressure works over the body to smooth, tone and get the circulation going.
Usually £30 each, or £45 with back, neck & shoulder
Lymphatic Drainage courses
A gentle, rhythmic massage that follows the body's natural lymph pathways. The pressure is light and the pace is slow, so it feels as calming as it is effective.
