The treatments
A short menu on purpose. Each one is something Mia is trained in and loves doing, from a quick back, neck and shoulder massage to a full two-hour reset.
Light, rhythmic and deeply calming. Eases puffiness and fluid retention so you walk out feeling lighter.
Sculpting massage with hand-shaped wooden tools. Firm, targeted pressure to smooth, tone and boost circulation.
Slow, flowing massage with essential oils blended for how you feel. For tension, stress, or simply switching off.
Fewer steps. The right pressure. An hour where the only thing you have to do is breathe.
